About me
I run software delivery for a living. Right now I manage an 18-person platform team at a technology company, and every two-week sprint ends in a production release. Before that I took four products from an idea to a working first version, and moved a core product from a release every three or four months to one every month.
Before IT I spent ten years in sales and customer service: I built sales teams, set up CRMs and ran a 20-person contact centre. So I know what a small business needs from a website. It has to bring customers, not just look nice.
I keep things simple and honest: a clear price before we start, no jargon, and no features you'll never use.
